Company history

2024

Kermi Duschdesign becomes the independent company Kermi Duschdesign GmbH. This restructuring marks a significant milestone in the company's history. By spinning off as an independent GmbH, Kermi Duschdesign aims to further strengthen and expand its position in the market for high-quality shower solutions.

In future, Kermi Duschdesign GmbH will concentrate entirely on the development, production and sale of innovative shower solutions. With a focus on design, quality and functionality, the new company aims to inspire its customers with customized products and first-class service. The independence is also intended to increase the company's agility and innovative strength in order to be able to react more quickly to market trends and customer needs.

By founding Kermi Duschdesign GmbH, the company is sending a clear signal for the future and underlining its ambition to play a leading role in the field of shower solutions. The spin-off is a strategic step to fully exploit the growth potential and further strengthen the Kermi Duschdesign brand.
