Corporate policy

Sustainability as a Core Element of Our Corporate Policy

As a manufacturer of innovative shower solutions within the Glass Solutions Division of the Arbonia Group, we are firmly committed to sustainability. All 14 brands under the Arbonia Group umbrella – spanning doors, showers, and partitioning systems – follow a shared principle: sustainable business practices for a responsible future.

Sustainability is not just a trend for us, but an integral part of our corporate policy. We take responsibility for the environment, our customers, and our partners – through energy-efficient processes, high quality standards, and a continuous commitment to ecological and social values.

Our sustainable approach increases customer satisfaction, secures long-term business success, and builds trust throughout the entire value chain.

Our values and objectives

Our objective

is to manufacture our products in a resource-saving and energy-efficient manner.

We are focused fully on the needs and requirements of our customers, with a high degree of innovation and a reliable standard of quality.

Principle of sustainability

Responsibility for quality, environmental protection, occupational safety and energy

is firmly anchored in our integrated management system. At our company, responsibility is not just a principle — it is actively practiced. All employees work together to continuously ensure and improve the performance of our products and the efficiency of all processes.

We actively support our teams by assigning them responsible tasks and by raising awareness of safety-related, ecological, energy-related, and quality-specific aspects throughout all workflows.

Through targeted training, practical continuing education, and transparent communication, we provide the knowledge and behavior needed to meet the highest standards.

In this way, we foster a working environment that unites responsibility, team spirit, commitment, and loyalty – ensuring lasting excellence in market, product, and process expertise.

Our products, manufacturing processes, and workflows

are designed to meet the highest safety and health standards for employees, customers, and end users – while simultaneously protecting the environment.

In close cooperation with authorities and emergency services, we develop comprehensive safety concepts and emergency plans to minimize risks to people and the environment.

We view legal requirements as a minimum standard and are committed to exceeding them through proactive and forward-thinking action.

Objectives

Setting appropriate goals and measures

commits us to the continuous improvement of our performance and, consequently, the effectiveness of our management system.

Sustainability and resource conservation are central criteria in all our investments. We regularly evaluate the achievement of objectives and any residual risks using relevant key performance indicators in the areas of quality, health, safety, energy, and environment.

For us, error management is an opportunity for further development – therefore, we establish all necessary financial and structural foundations for innovation and improvement.

Regular internal and external audits enable us to objectively assess and optimize our processes.

In the interest of integrated resource management

we are constantly recording and analysing our material flows.

On this basis, we are constantly taking steps to increase material efficiency and our recycling rate, as well as reduce the amount of waste.

Waste disposal is managed with a waste management concept.

The main components of our shower enclosures, glass and aluminum, are also ideally suited for recycling:

Glass can be returned to the melting process and processed into new products an unlimited number of times, meaning it can be reused indefinitely. Such material reuse is environmentally friendly, protects the climate, and can save a lot of energy and raw materials.

Aluminum is also almost entirely recyclable and reusable. Recycling aluminum is ecologically sensible and resource-saving because, compared to primary production, it requires only about 5% of the energy and emits significantly less carbon dioxide. After the recycling process, aluminum can be reused multiple times without any loss of quality.

Our contractual partners

along the entire supply and disposal chain are required and supported by us to apply our standards in the areas of quality, health, safety, and environmental protection.
