With comprehensive support and a well thought-out training program, we at Kermi offer you the best conditions for a successful start to your career. Many of those who have started with us as apprentices have gone on to have a remarkable career - e.g. as shift supervisor, department manager or project manager.
As an apprentice at Kermi, you can expect a young, dynamic team in which you will quickly be accepted as a Kermian yourself.
Please note that we at Kermi Duschdesign GmbH currently offer our apprenticeships exclusively in joint operation with Kermi GmbH. The job advertisement and application are therefore made via the Kermi GmbH job portal.
Your apprenticeship at Kermi
Being in good hands
Even before our apprentices start their training, we invite the “newcomers” to a barbecue evening with the Kermians. This allows the trainees from the different training years to get to know each other at an early stage.
Exciting tasks and practical learning
Our commercial apprentices regularly rotate between departments, giving them a wide range of experience in their chosen profession. Once a week, they have additional factory lessons. This combines theoretical knowledge with practical content and systematically prepares them for the Chamber of Industry and Commerce examinations. Our apprentices in the industrial-technical field are trained in an excellently equipped training workshop under the expert supervision of a training supervisor.
Development opportunities and seminars
In addition to imparting knowledge in the respective apprenticeship, we attach great importance to personal development. We therefore offer all trainees special training in the area of personal development (e.g. telephone and presentation training).
Team events and functions
During the apprenticeship, we organize outdoor events for team development, joint company tours and visits to trade fairs, for example.
Additional benefits
In addition to the apprenticeship pay, our apprentices receive a series of other interesting benefits. For example, there is discounted food in the Kermi canteen and, for long-distance commutes, a travel expense subsidy. Apart from that, Kermi is easy to get to from the Waldbahn stop next to the site.
